2. Eat green - If you are focusing on loosing weight this is the best way, replace all of those carbohydrate with salads and vegetables and add some fruits. This is the most effective healthy way to reach your body goals.


3. Hit the gym - you have to be commit and dedicated to hit the gym without any excuses, once you started you don’t quit, then you will see the results in couple months

4. Sleep enough - you have learn to love to sleep, and learn to sleep before midnight as the metabolism for your body is processed overnight, you have to sleep at least 7 to 8 hours for the greater results.


5. Set a goal - let’s say your goals is reducing 5 kg in a month, then make it happen, and keep consistent with your program, or let’s say your goals is summer body as summer is near then you have to work out harder and eat properly.



6. Respect your schedule - It might be an excuses a day after a week working out, but don’t giving up on your routine to go to the gym, doing some cardio and eating clean foods.


7. Move - don’t be lazy just laying on the bed playing your gadget, you got to wake up through the dreams and achieve it, do a cardio at least once a week, it could be done through the gym or outdoor such as beach or any gardens if you are get bored at gym atmosphere

8. Set your meals time - this is one of the most important for weight loss or weigh gaining program, you have to really careful about your dinner time, you would not be allowed to eat heavy meals after 7 or 8 pm as its going to gain your weight for sure. As a suggestion just eat light meals after this times.
