- Always install an alarm system 

the alarm system is the most crucial for the home security reason, as when strangers came in, the alarm will alert all of the surroundings people will notice that something happen with the home.

- Don’t left your keys in your mailbox

this is the common mistakes that most of the people makes, they left their keys in the mailbox mainly because of living by 2 people but only got 1 key. Therefore, they left it in the mailbox to make it easier for the housemate when he/she reach the home first. However, its too risky, as this type of key placement is reachable by anyone. So its increases the possibilities of strangers to get in to your home, so be careful.

- Don’t turn off all of the lights in your home

the purpose of not turning all of the lights of is to give the appearance that there are lots of people inside and there are some of the activities occurred inside the house. Therefore, the strangers would think twice to entering you home.

- Always change the locks

if you are moving into a new house that has been occupied by others before, its very important to makes a new locks and keys. As who knows they still got the keys and they going to do something bad to you.
